RNO Associates Business Coaching, in Montgomery TX, has been serving business leaders for 16 years and was founded by Rea Oliver, its Managing Director, and his wife Nancy, a healthcare business professional. The company began with a focus in healthcare and senior care then expanded to hospitality, retail, home services and 501C3 organizations. Rea is a 42-year executive leader and multiple business founder.
He can relate to business owners because he has experienced the highs and lows of business ownership and understands every step of a business life cycle. The mission of RNO Associates has always been to assist business leaders identify and address “self-limiting” factors that prevent them from reaching their full potential. The Kingdom Factor has been Rea’s answer to integrating his secular coaching skills with Kingdom purpose as he builds his Christian legacy.
